Payment Options; You can always send us a check through the mail, but for faster service we offer paypal.

To pay by paypal just click the link at the bottom of the page. At the PayPal home page you will see several tabs. Click the send money tab and follow the instructions. Our payment receiving email address is; Ken@kbco-tx.com. As soon as we receive payment we will process your requested service.

For a Pre-Qual with RMCR Tri-Merge credit report you must prepay        $25.00

For your Application Fee with Computerized Underwriting please prepay  $50.00

To lock your rate for a 30 day period (after approved) please prepay    $200.00

All of the above fees will be deducted from your settlement costs at closing.
